Georgia's finest hunting destination is seeking a seasonal Sous Chefto provide our guests gracious amount of southern hospitality, and providing genuine care for the duration of their stay.
Job Duties
Lead preparation and service of Breakfast, Lunch, Appetizers, Beverages, and Dinner.
Acts as a Host to our Guests by, engaging with them in conversation, sharing the history of our plantation, and demonstrating an eagerness to share our food and beverage program.
Supervise and assist with daily housekeeping.
Coordinate with Hunt and Lodge Staff concerning the day's schedule and Meal Planning. (Staff and Guest Schedule)
"Own" Guest Experience, ensure all Guests are completely satisfied, any scheduling needs are taken care of, and ask for next year booking.
Job Requirements
2+ years of casual fine dining cooking experience or Culinary School.
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to cook from scratch.
Genuine passion for service.
Ability to work independently and in front of guest.
Drug Free Work Place
Excellent Compensation. Depending on experience.
