Graduate of an American Medical Association approved Respiratory Therapy Program.
Regestered Respiratory Therapist by the National Board of Respiratory Care.
Current Alabama License.
Must be willing to be " on call" as required.
Must have BCLS within 6 months of employment date.
Must have ACLS within 6 months of employment date.
It is required that you have a personal phone number or beeper that you can be reached at 24 hours a day.
Preferred:
Previous Critical care experience.
LANGUAGE/ COMMUNICATION SKILLS:Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal forms. Ability to communicate effectively in an emergency situation.SKILLS:Annual completion of competency requirements Basic typing and computer skills. Experience in operating personal computers in a Windows environment (Preferred).
