Essential Responsibilities:
Deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot Zero Trust Server, network segmentation, endpoint, and Site-to-Site VPN across multi-site, multi-datacenter networks.
Monitor network performance and integrity to ensure enterprise stability.
Manage and configure advanced monitoring solutions, working with customers to monitor and alert critical systems.
Troubleshoot and coordinate with vendors to resolve network and voice performance issues, schedule upgrades, and optimize systems.
Collaborate with Level-1 and Level-2 Technical Support to resolve service issues.
Implement network structured cabling for upgrades and new build-outs.
Assist with data center projects, including firewalls and data center-grade switches, to enhance security and infrastructure robustness.
Support physical security infrastructure technologies like door controls, intercoms, and cameras.
Key Qualifications:
Strong understanding of network, server, and storage infrastructure design, best practices, and maintenance procedures.
Proficient in LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies and protocols (e.g., MPLS, SD-WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, NAT, STP, QoS).
Experience with Zero-trust software and network hardware (e.g., Illumio, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto).
Excellent customer service and communication skills for troubleshooting and vendor coordination.
