Data Warehouse Architect

Position:  Senior Developer – Data Warehouse ArchitectLocation: Dothan, AL Full time, permanent position The Data Warehouse Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and continuously optimizing our enterprise data warehouse architecture. Reporting to the Enterprise Data Warehouse & BI Manager, this individual will be responsible for translating business needs into scalable, reliable, and high-performing data solutions.In this role, you’ll be the strategic and technical lead in defining data models, building robust ETL/ELT pipelines, and ensuring the availability of high-quality data across the enterprise. You’ll work closely with business stakeholders to understand analytics requirements and deliver trusted data assets that power decision-making across all levels of the organization. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in data warehousing, data architecture, or a related field.5+ years of experience developing and maintaining logical and physical data models.5+ years of experience designing and/or implementing ETL/ELT processes and data integration strategies using tools such as:Qlik, dbt, Talend, Informatica, SSISSQL and/or Python for custom integrations and transformationsStrong understanding of data governance, MDM, metadata management, and data quality frameworks.Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in mentoring and knowledge-sharing within cross-functional teams.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fieldPreferred Skills: Hands-on experience with or leading cloud data platform adoption or migration (e.g., Snowflake, Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, Redshift, or BigQuery).Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as MicroStrategy, Power BI, or Tableau.Working knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).Experience with CI/CD for data pipelines, version control, and DevOps practices in data engineering.  Thanks,Afrah FaizaArthur Grand Technologies IncArthur Grand Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer (including disability/vets)
