Maintenance Planner

 The Maintenance Planner is responsible for managing and administrating the Preventive Maintenance program, Work Order program and managing all facets of Demopolis Corndog Plant’s maintenance SAP/MRO functions. Additional responsibilities include:MaintenanceBudgetingAdministrating maintenance related regulatory compliance functions for the facility.Create maintenance schedules and generate work ordersMaintain parts inventoryCreate procedural manuals that explain how to do certain tasksEstimate costs of labor and parts for industrial equipmentAdjust schedules to account for unexpected emergency workAssist and support maintenance managerServe as a liaison between maintenance and operationsMaintain records and files essential to maintenance managementCoordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals
