Frank-O-Matic Operator (Days)

Position Summary: The Frank-O-Matic operator is responsible for operating the Frank-O-Matic linker to form various size wieners depending upon production schedule requirements. Operator ensures proper precooked weight requirements are meeting the formulation specifications using proper equipment and procedures. This role works closely with the department supervisors, other department leads and processing employees, in order to accomplish accuracy within the processing department and to ensure that our customers receive quality products. Duties and Responsibilities: Operate Frank-O-Matic linker to form various size wieners depending upon production schedule requirementsEnsure precooked weight requirements are meeting formulation specificationsDon proper Personal Protective EquipmentHelp maintain and improve quality and food safety, to insure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements      Must work in safe mannerOther duties, as assigned
