Meeting with Stakeholders:

○ Understand current manual processes for linking brokerage accounts and depositing money.

○ Conduct interviews and workshops to gather requirements and pain points.

Process Analysis and Design:

○ Analyze current manual processes and identify areas for automation.

○ Create process flow diagrams and user journey maps.

Automation of Account Linking:

○ Design an automated process for verifying and linking brokerage accounts.

○ Develop wireframes and prototypes for the automated system.

Client Mailings Automation:

○ Automate the initiation of client mailings triggered by specific events.

○ Design and test automated workflows for timely and accurate communication.

Presentation and Feedback:

○ Present proposed automated processes to stakeholders and MIS partners.

○ Prepare and deliver presentations, gather feedback, and make adjustments.

Continuous Collaboration:

○ Work closely with development, MIS, and other teams for successful implementation.

○ Participate in regular meetings, provide design support, and address issues.

Summary:The main function is to work with project teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent and usable interfaces.Job Responsibilities:

Works closely with business analysts, business sponsors, project managers and IT teams to obtain and understand business requirements.

Creates the design of user interface specifications, by applying client research, design standards, industry best practices, taking into account strategic business objectives, user needs, systems constraints.

Participates in design review sessions with project teams, acquiring consensus and getting approvals on designs and documentation.

Executes business acceptance test cases and testing.

Works with the project managers to ensure that usability deliverables accommodate project timelines, budgets, technical and scope constraints.

Contributes to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of efficient and effective usability methodology/process, documentation, workflow, ROI, metrics and design standards.

Acts as a user experience advocate regarding principles of user experience and user-centered design.
