Senior Product Manager - Payments Platform

If you thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, love solving complex problems, and are passionate about payments technology, this is the role for you!What You’ll Do:Own the Payments Platform Roadmap: Define and execute the strategic vision for Daxko’s Payments Platform, balancing market opportunities, customer needs, and business objectives.Drive Platform Growth & Adoption: Partner with the Payments Services team to ensure our platform capabilities align with customer and business needs.Collaborate with Engineering: Work closely with developers to optimize payments processing, security, and infrastructure for scalability and reliability.Ensure Compliance & Security: Stay ahead of evolving fraud prevention, security standards (PCI DSS), and regulatory requirements.Be a Payments Innovator: Research and implement emerging payment technologies, ensuring we stay ahead in the industry.Champion Customer-Centric Solutions: Use market analysis, customer feedback, and payment processing insights to deliver a best-in-class experience.Lead Cross-Functional Execution: Work across Sales, Marketing, Development, Customer Success, and Support to drive seamless product launches and adoption.Monitor & Scale the Platform: Implement performance monitoring, resiliency strategies, and quality-focused enhancements to support platform growth.Be the Internal & External Payments Platform Evangelist: Represent Daxko Payments in industry discussions and share your expertise across teams.
