The Maintenance Support Admin role plays a vital role in the maintenance repair process.  This role is responsible for supporting the repair process by ensuring that all the necessary steps are executed during the repair process but not limited to assisting to make sure that all the proper paperwork is accounted for and filed in the appropriate place.  To be successful in the role the candidate will need to pay attention to the details and fill in the gaps where necessary.Essential Duties and Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Review open work orders information in the maintenance system of record which is Dossier.Create, review, edit, and close work orders as needed.Add VMRS coding to work orders as needed.Review vendor invoices for inaccuracies and support the vendor payout process.Scan documents into the Dossier cabinet, equipment files, or the payable files as needed.Review and adjust account coding as needed to ensure that repairs are bill to the appropriate accounts.Work with our vendors to ensure that all repairs are documented in Dossier and to ensure that all billing issues are resolved as you work with the accounts payable team.Work to ensure that all maintenance related information is updated in McLeod as needed.Assist with updating DOT or PM information in Dossier and McLeod as needed.All other duties as assigned.
