Vaco is working with a great client in Birmingham to find a Helpdesk Support Associate. This person should have 3+ years of professional IT Helpdesk experience and a great customer service personality!

-ONSITE in Birmingham 5 days/week-Full-time-Contract-to-hire -$22/hr

Experience requirements:-MUST HAVE 2+ years of Office 365 experience-PC Support and Maintenance.-Phone System Support and Maintenance.-Administration of user accounts, permissions and internet account assignments.-Maintaining organized storage of all IT related items.-Auditing verification of Security Logs provided by servers and firewall.-Verification of server status on monitoring software system.-Providing account access and maintenance as needed for client databases.
