Description Seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Attorney to join a growing law firm. In this position, you will represent our clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions. You will be required to apply strategic and critical thinking across a broad range of legal matters.

Represent clients in court or before government agencies on a broad array of matters.

Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients.

Advise clients on their legal rights and determine the best strategy for their individual case.

Conduct research to support a legal proceeding, to formulate a defense, or to initiate a legal action.

Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Negotiate with opposition to reach settlements when applicable.

Maintain awareness of new laws, regulations, and case law relevant to the practice.

Comply with all legal ethical standards and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and a valid state bar license.

Proven experience as a practicing attorney.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work autonomously and in team environments.

Familiarity with legal research and ability to generate innovative legal strategies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
