You will assist with daily tasks, scheduling, and communication to help maintain the workflow of the office and ensure that all needs are met promptly.Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to management and team membersCoordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangementsAnswer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communicationsMaintain and organize office files, records, and documentationPrepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as neededAssist with maintaining office supplies and inventoryHandle incoming and outgoing mail and packagesOrganize and coordinate company events, meetings, and activitiesManage office equipment and ensure it is in working order
