Accounts Receivable Specialist

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Specialist in Birmingham, Alabama. This role involves supporting both internal and external customers offers the flexibility to work a hybrid work schedule. This Accounts Receivable Specialist is a contract to full-time position. Responsibilities: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing any inquiries about payments Facilitate payments over the phone as required Respond to billing and payment questions via email Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions Conduct bank and cash reconciliations as part of financial management tasks Use Microsoft Excel for basic data management and analysis Utilize Microsoft Outlook for email correspondence and schedule management Adapt to changes in the work environment and tasks as needed.Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) and Collections is essential Competency in using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel is required Ability to handle Email Correspondence efficiently Strong Customer Service skills are a must Experience with Bank Reconciliations Cash Reconciliations skills are crucialRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
