Part Time Warehouse Associate
$15.00 Hour + Depending on experience
Hours: 4am to 9am
Primary Job Duties:
Participate and help lead daily operations and functions of the department. Ensure all parcels are sorted to the correct route/driver area. Confirm all deliveries are accounted for and report if not. Resolves customer and delivery issues. Participates in activities to monitor delivery status and customer satisfaction. Makes delivers as needed to help meet and exceed customer service levels. Ensures the warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times. Reviews individual driver performance weekly such as delivery percentage, cargo loss, and claims. Responsible for reconciliation of all products left on dock to assist with tracking. Ensures operations function smoothly at the individual location so that all customer and company service expectations are met. Establishes and maintains performance and productivity standards. Creates goals and action plans for each aspect of the operating unit. Maintains positive employee relations and creates a positive work environment. Enforces company safety and compliance standards. Monitors the operations and helps resolve any issues that arise in the workplace. Provides feedback to management on the status of overall operations.

Ability to plan and carry out daily agenda with limited supervision, proven ability to multitask, highly developed organizational skills, ability to interact with employees at a variety of levels, excellent communication skills, rapid response to issues, attention to detail, ability to communicate with management on a routine basis
