All positions require a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Each applicant must have EPA TYPE II certification.
Each applicant must provide basic hand tools and drills.

HVAC Technician:
Must be proficient in troubleshooting and diagnosing complex systems, identifying issues quickly and accurately.
Must have a strong understanding of how to calculate superheat and subcooling.
HVAC Installer:
Must know how to solder & wire systems.
HVAC Mechanic:
Must know how to set up ductwork, both hard pipe and duct board, and ensure proper connections to HVAC units.
Must know how to set and mount units.
