We are a real estate investment company that purchases homes to rehab and flip. We have just started working in the Birmingham, Alabama area. We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a reputable contractor in the area. We will have multiple jobs each month that require renovations. The renovations will be mostly cosmetic (paint, flooring, fixtures, cabinets etc.). The ideal contractor will have a skilled crew that can do most of the work in house and in a timely manner. Ideally we would like one contractor who has the capacity to handle multiple jobs, is licensed and insured. The contractor should be able to work in all of the areas we are in as listed below (within a 1 hour driving radius of Birmingham).
