Responsibilities:
Perform daily inspections of the entire facility and perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems and equipment.
Identify issues and arrange for the necessary repair work by third party contractors.
First point of contact to respond to after hour/emergency calls and address property manager concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC, plumbing, and electrical problems.
Perform minor HVAC, plumbing, and electrical repairs as needed.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
Required Skills:
Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with property management to address their concerns and needs.
Proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Experience in HVAC is preferred.
Ability to analyze complex problems and work with our Service Department staff to develop effective solutions.
Knowledge of building maintenance procedures and best practices.
Familiarity with various tools, equipment, and materials used in building maintenance.
Must follow company safety policies and procedures
Ability to handle physical workload
Valid drivers license
Must be Drug free

Salary: $17.00 - $21.50 per hour
