As a sales manager, you will be responsible for:
Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive Door to Door sales team.
Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite.
Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff.
Ensuring retention of sales teams.
Complying with all ethical policies and procedures while conducting company business.

Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
1+ years Door to Door sales experience, preferably sales management experience.
An aptitude to recruit, train and lead a sales team.
A desire to work and contribute in a team-based environment
Excellent communication skills
