Wholesale Real Estate Driving for Dollars Partner

I need a partner to be boots on the ground for my wholesaling business, including driving and looking for ugly houses, and placing notes on people's houses to get in touch with them. This will be a full commission-based position, I will provide the area to drive in, the notes that you would be putting on houses and a list of properties I want you to put the notes on. I'm working very closely with a cash buyer so we can move quick on these leads. You will make 40% of the assignment fee, if we assign for 10k, you make 4k, just for bringing the lead.
