To be considered for this position, you must:
-Have experience in multifamily industry as a successful maintenance technician.
-Have your HVAC certification is required.
-Have reliable transportation.
-Understand the importance of and be able to practice excellent customer service.
-Be able to work overtime and on call when required.
-Be organized at all times.
-Be detail oriented.
-Be able to work constructively with the manager, office team and maintenance team.
-Be budget conscientious.
-Be able to perform all required job duties.
