We have a training and business coaching company that empowers and supports female entrepreneurs.
We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant to help with client support and community management.
This is a part-time, remote contract position where you will be managing our online community forum, handling customer service, answering questions from clients and supporting our online mentoring programs.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in the online coaching industry and who enjoys mentoring, uplifting and helping female entrepreneurs.
Youll also get mentorship from the founder of the company and flexible work hours.
You may also occasionally be required to meet at our offices in Birmingham or Atlanta for special projects.
In this role you will be supporting clients in our online coaching programs when they have questions and also review any work they submit.
You will be in charge of making sure that clients are submitting their projects, reviewing it and checking up on them to ensure high levels of participation in our training programs.
You will also be responsible for some administrative tasks like tracking current enrollment numbers, creating monthly reports in Google docs, and posting on social media.
We will train you on our systems and processes, so we are looking for someone who is a quick learner and who is also coachable.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in marketing and social media and is highly organized a great problem solver.
Responsibilities:
Community management of our Facebook groups and slack channels; answer questions in our Facebook group.
Customer service: answer questions and inquiries that are received via email using our support ticketing system Zendesk.
Ensure that members of the coaching program are submitting in their work.
Occasionally review and check worksheets submitted by members, give feedback when necessary (we will train you on how to do this).
Remove members from the forums no longer enrolled.
Create monthly reports in Google sheets on current enrollment numbers
Schedule posts on social media: Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest (content will be provided)
Assist during at in person live events in various cities in the US (travel will be reimbursed).

Compensation and Work Hours:
The pay is $15 per hour
This is a part-time remote work from home position that is very flexible.
You will start off working 5-10 hours per week (and this has the potential to increase for the right person).
