It is imperative that you love helping people and possess the following three traits:

2. Urgency You tend to respond quickly and make fast, accurate decisions.

You MUST:

Like music and kittens.

Be genuinely enthusiastic about living in Birmingham and able to convey that to others.

Be politely proactive in your efforts to help leasing agents and their clients.

Listen well.

Have a winning attitude! Real estate is not an industry where the meek survive.

Communicate effectively.

Maintain a professional appearance (both personally and professionally). If your tattoos are cool, we'll let you keep them.

Be ambitious and motivated.

Be willing to occasionally stay late, start early, and work on the weekends.

Make sure all who interact with you walk away with a pleasant experience, even if you are the bearer of bad news.

Have a good driving record, as well as a clean, reliable, insured vehicle.

Own and know how to use a computer and smartphone like it's 2018.

Be familiar with common social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.

Duties:

Greet clients.

Open the office each day.

Keep availability up to date in the CRM.

Submit applications as needed.

Check with agents or management companies on pending applications

Verify move-ins with agent or management company.

Send invoices.

Keep promotional items in stock: shirts, signs, flyers, magnets, kisses, temp biz cards, applications, cover sheets, office supplies, etc.

Take incoming calls and distribute leads to agents.

Use the chat feature to set appointments for agents.

Hector agents about keeping their space organized.

Organize community events and manage event schedule.

Organize event supplies and keep storage neat.

Deposit checks as they arrive and email confirmation to upper management.

Post, share, comment, and like on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram, Pinterest

Post on Craigslist (20 to 30 ads per day)

Update Leaderboard every day

Get COI's sent to management companies

Confirm appointments

Copy keys for new inventory and organize key board

Process credit card payments

Keep the Shopping List up to date.

Maintain ongoing bubble operation. That's right, we have a bubble machine. :-)

Education: A Stanford or Oxford MBA is preferred but not required.

Working Conditions: You will have a nice workspace at Monster Castle (our office) in Avondale. You will be surrounded by your team of Monsters, who are as much a family as we are a company.

NOTE: We are working hard to become one of this country's best places to work. We want Monsters who get to do what they do best every day, in a very close team environment.
