Accounts Receivable Clerk needed. This position will be responsible for:
Receiving customer payments
Accurately posting customer payments to their accounts
Maintaining the billing system
Generating and sending customer statements
Performing account reconciliations
Communicating outstanding, short pays or skipped payments to customers
Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
Qualifications are:
High school diploma or GED required
Accounting experience preferred
An ability to prioritize tasks to meet goals
An ability to work independently
The ability to communicate articulately and efficiently with colleagues and customers.
