Handyman needed for general maintenance for property management firm. Our firm has over 50 residential properties throughout Birmingham that we manage and need quality maintenance and inspections performed at various times throughout the month. We are looking for someone who is puctual, responsible, knowledagble, curtious and responsible. This contractor must have reliable transportation, their own tools, and shows pride in their appearance and craftsmanship. Pay is negotiable and contrator will be paid bi-weekly. This is not a full time opportunity but may be perfect for someone looking to supplement their income.
