Job Description:
- Taking measurements.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the working area clean and organized.
- Completing basic demolition, cleaning up and preparing work sites, delivering materials, and setting up ladders and temporary structures.
- Assisting with measuring and cutting materials, cleaning and organizing work areas, and helping with tools and equipment.
- Using, holding materials or tools, and cleaning work area and equipment.
- Holding and fastening pieces in place, and cleaning and maintaining tools and equipment.
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Carpenter.
- Work located in BRADFORDSVILLE KENTUCKY.
- Minimum 4 weeks on the farm, 1 week at home. Can stay and work however long desired or as workload is available.
- Fast Paced Work.
- Private non-commercial Carpentry Work.
- Demolition.
- Working in a private junk yard separating out scrap metals and pulling motors.
- Using a shovel, hoe, and hand post hole digger.
- Be able to dig trenches.
- Be able to lift/climb/crawl/work on your back/not be afraid of heights/not be afraid of tight spaces.
- Be able to work in cold, snow, and rain.
- Be able to bust up concrete with a sledgehammer.
- Be able to work and co-exist in housing with others.
- Be prepared to work! Gloves and safety glasses are required. You are responsible for purchasing and maintaining your own PPE.
- Bring or be willing to buy warm clothing. It is cold right now.

- This is not for a large company or corporation. This is for a Private Landowner. Working on the owners' private projects.
General knowledge of carpentry tools is a plus. No experience needed. Must be willing and able to learn. A good attitude is a must!
Requirements
- US citizen.
- Speak English.
Perks:

- We work 5-6 +/- days a week.
- Most days is 8+/- hours.
- Pay period is from Tuesday morning to Sunday night. Off on Monday.
- No transportation needed.
- No travel time/downtime to job location. Housing is on the farm.
- This has the potential to be long term, as long as you work out well.
Additional information/Logistics:
- This work requires a pre-employment drug screen and will get randomly drug screened.
- Easiest and cheapest way to get here is by Greyhound Bus.
- Pick up and drop off from the bus station will be free as long as you stay and work a minimum of 4 weeks. If you quit/leave before 4 weeks, there will be $150 charge deducted for initially picking you up, and also an additional $150 charge to take you back to the bus station. The total deducted will be $300 for pick-up and drop-off combined. (Nearest bus stations are 70 miles from the farm in Louisville KY)
- We do not cover any travel expenses.
- $35 per day will be deducted from the weekly pay settlement for bunk stay and utilities.

Common Issues and Rules
- Phone services that are typically known to work in this area is Verizon, Cricket.
- No wi-fi / internet access on the farm.
- No drinking alcohol until after your shift is over.
- No drugs of any kind on property or in my vehicles.
- Farm is not walking distance to any stores or food. When arriving to Kentucky, you will need to buy enough supplies to last for 1 week at a time.
