Scheduling Specialist Duties:

- Deliver outstanding customer service in every facet of business.

- Contact new and existing customers to schedule appointments for free in-home quotes.

- Respond to online inquiries via outbound calls and/or email.

- Listen to customer’s needs and answer questions about products.

- Determine customer’s needs fit existing products offered.

- Use CRM to schedule appointments based on product, location, and available sales personnel.

- Exceptional follow up with prospective and existing clients to ensure excellent customer service.

- Route incoming calls to appropriate department.

Requirements:

- 1+ Years of Customer service, outbound sales/appointment setting.

- Integrity

- Customer Service Excellence.

- Confident, Motivated, and outgoing

- Excellent speaking and listening ability.

- Excellent written communication.

- Strong data entry skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office products.

- Ability to learn new software and technology.

- Reliable Transportation.

- Dependable
