Highlands School seeks an experience full-charge bookkeeper to handle billing, A/P, A/R, reconciliations, account analysis, schedule preparation, and other accounting functions. Must be able to work independently, organized, detail oriented, and willing to pitch in as needed with non-bookkeeping function such as helping with carpool, reception, lunch duty, etc.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven year experience in a full-charge bookkeeping role. Experience in an independent school, QuickBooks Online, and FACT Tuition Management software are pluses.
