The Manager will direct and supervise all operational and administrative aspects of the Primary Care/Specialty Medical Office; facilitate the smooth and efficient operation of the office to meet patient and physician/provider needs, identify and direct clinical and administrative process improvement activities as necessary and as directed by the organization; create and manage effective communication channels with all staff and physicians/providers, assuring openness and transparency to the fullest extent possible. Education/License
4 year / Bachelor’s Degree,
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
License / Certification
Prefer candidates who are eligible for acceptance into the ACMPE certified healthcare manager program.
Experience
3–5 yrs.
Will consider candidates with demonstrated expertise in medical office management or hospital operations.
Strong supervisory skills are required.
