St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center Primary Care in Maine is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our expanding team. We are part of an integrated medical system comprising a 233-bed acute care community hospital, a group of primary care and specialty providers, urgent care and emergency department services, extensive behavioral and mental health facilities, and outpatient specialty practices. Full-time position with a 4-day clinic work week, totaling 32 patient contact hours per week.

Flexible scheduling and remote capabilities for administrative tasks.

Reasonable expectation of patient volume, with a one-year ramp-up period. Minimum outpatient only call with after-hours nurse triage.

Work alongside caring and experienced support staff, making a meaningful impact on the health of the community. Industry standard staffing ratios that meet or exceed ratios driven by MGMA national and regional data.

Comprehensive compensation package consisting of $280,000 base salary, $20,000 sign-on Bonus, Up to $20,000 year Medical Education Loan Reimbursement for the term of the loan, and Up to $10,000 Relocation Assistance. Potential to earn significantly more in total compensation with tiered productivity model.

Requirements:

Must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Board Eligible with the intention of becoming Board Certified within 2 years of hire.
