These caregivers promote positive self-esteem of individuals in a home setting or in the community through consistent positive interactions, support, encouragement, and unconditional respect of individuals' rights. We have full-time and relief positions available! Pay Rate $18.20 - $20.20/hr.+ based on experience and shift differentials! Differential Pay includes evenings, overnights, and weekends Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Residential Shifts Available: Evening : 3 PM to 11 PM (times can fluctuate) Overnight : 11 PM to 7 AM (times can fluctuate) We have full-time and relief positions available! Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Duties: Are you passionate about helping others live safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives? As a Residential Caregiver, you'll play a key role in supporting individuals to thrive in their communities. You'll assist with daily activities like meal prep, personal care, and household tasks while ensuring that care plans, medications, and safety guidelines are followed with care. You'll collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and case managers to enhance the well-being and quality of life for individuals with disabilities. Beyond providing essential care, you'll be a source of encouragement, emotional support, and advocacy-empowering residents to embrace their independence and uphold their rights.
