Construction and building knowledge is helpful but not mandatory. We will provide as much training as necessary to get the Manager ready to perform the job.
These are the mandatory skills:
1. Be very outgoing, and a team player
2. Have a neat groomed appearance
3. The ability to learn roofing systems and computer software
4. Return all calls immediately
5. Be on time for all appointments
6. Youre organized and always follow through on all promises and commitments
The Manager compensation is annual salary and a commission on jobs sold.
The work season starts in Mid-March and ends in December. During the season you can expect to work 5 to 6 days a week and 8 to 10 hours a day. During the winter the Manager is expected to manage warranty work, several months of little to no work can be expected.
We will provides a truck, gas and all of the necessary tools for success of the Manager.
