The Facility & Staffing Coordinator/Scheduler, reporting to the HR Manager, is responsible for managing the scheduling and staffing of healthcare professionals, ensuring adequate coverage across shifts while maintaining adherence to budgetary constraints. This role involves overseeing slot management, ensuring the position count aligns with approved staffing levels, and minimizing the need for overtime and agency staffing. The Facility & Staffing Coordinator will flex schedules based on census and patient needs to optimize efficiency and control labor costs.
