Seeking an experienced, personable and seasoned hands-on working construction crew lead for decorative pavement operations based in Sterling, VA and working in the VA/MD/DC/PA/NJ areas (some travel)
Immediate placement, training provided
Position Type: Full-Time salaried position
REQUIREMENTS:
1. ONLY CURRENTLY EMPLOYED in the construction trades as a supervisor/foreman/leader will be considered.
2. Be able to work along-side and lead a crew of 2-6 installers.
3. Have a proven track record in the consistent delivery of high quality results.
4. Proven track record of being reliable, responsible and have stellar communication skills; working hard but smart.
5. Have a valid and clean driving record with reliable transportation.
6. Have references.
7. Bilingual skills a plus.
