A residential construction company in Hedgesville, WV seeking a skilled laborer for immediate hire. The work area is primarily in one location. A work truck and tools will be provided by the employer for use during working hours.
Responsibilities:
1. Work with construction team to perform repairs, installations, and renovations on existing homes
2. Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
3. Ability to perform various construction tasks including but not limited to:
- carpentry
- roofing
- siding
- drywall repairs
- Interior and exterior painting
- flooring
- tile
4. Evaluate, diagnose, and solve problems.
5. Be able to work alone with minimal supervision.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in residential construction
Ability to work alone or with minimal supervision.
Able to work on roofs, work platforms, and scaffolding at a variety of heights is required.
Essential skills are physical strength, attention to safety, stamina, and being able to follow instructions.
Must have a Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (provided by applicant).
Must have dependable transportation.
