Well established, growing Agency seeks to hire motivated person who wants to join our team and whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Client Service
- Service client insurance needs including processing new insurance policy
applications, coverage changes, insurance claims and resolve client billing
questions
- Process policyholder premium payments and prepare daily bank deposits
- Answer telephones and direct client questions to appropriate office team members
Marketing
- Maintain insurance licenses for the purpose of marketing and servicing
insurance products for the Agency
- Set client appointments to meet with Agent to review existing policies
or purchase additional insurance or financial products
- Obtain insurance policy renewal dates from existing and new clients as
requested by Agent. Activities may include "cold calling" prospective new clients.
- Participate in other marketing programs as requested by Agent
Other
- Bilingual oral and written Spanish skills preferred for this position
- Must obtain WA State property & casualty licenses prior to employment. Information on licensing available on the Washington State Insurance commissioners website under For Producers Get Licensed

- Office hours are 8:15 am 5:15 pm Monday Friday

Interviewing to hire for a full time position. Part time position may also be considered depending on applicant. Successful applicant should be personable and self-confident to provide exceptional customer service and communication to numerous people throughout the day. Applicant must be willing to work in an office environment that frequently has diverse requests from a variety of clients. Applicant must possess the initiative to solve problems and "go the extra mile" to promote their individual growth and that of the Agency.
