We are a small family owned, boutique winery with a tasting room in Leavenworth looking for a Part-Time Tasting Room Representative. Our ideal candidate has a solid background in wine and a knack for customer service. Experience working in tasting rooms, restaurants, and/or the greater hospitality industry a plus. A positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to multitask and thrive in a demanding environment are musts. We are a small team and ultimately are looking for the right fit!
Must be available on weekends. The preferred candidate will have the ability to work occasional weekday events with advanced notice. Wed expect excellent wine club conversions, wines sales, and sharing your passion for wine through wine education and our guests experience. We hope youll develop relationships with our fantastic club members and guests as they are some of our best ambassadors. Help continue our mission to build brand loyalty.
All candidates must be at least 21 years of age, be able to stand for long periods while selling awesome wines. Must be able to bend and lift 45 lbs, repeatedly and be comfortable with a POS system.
