Expanding, locally-owned and operated property management company needs to add experienced maintenance technicians to our group of SUPERSTARS.
Must possess your own everyday-use tools and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. A truck is not a requirement, but please let us know if you have one. Regular duties include painting, minor plumbing and electrical troubleshooting. Experience in remodeling is appreciated. General grounds clean-up and maintenance (excluding landscaping) is also a daily task.
