It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they are doing!We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.The Clinical Team Leader role contains multiple high-level expectations, including: 1) providing oversight and supervision to their team; 2) meeting utilization management (UM) and Case Management (CM) targets; 3) conducting chart audits; 4) coordinating & facilitating team meetings; 5) implementing (when appropriate) and supporting quality/clinical initiatives; 6) implementing appropriate workflows; 7) overseeing the training of new care managers on the team; 8) participating in clinical rounds; & 9) managing a high performance team. Meet the overall financial targets of the team and operating unit through successful execution of clinical, service, and administrative workflows & processes
Implement an integrated team approach to positively impact utilization and quality measures
Contribute to the enhancement and design of Utilization Management and Case Management Programs
Consistently demonstrate the behaviors and attitude that contribute to a positive workplace
Promote a customer-focused attitude with the work unit through resolution of problematic client issues
Participate in customer relations and sales activities, as required
Participate with staff in the development, implementation, and compliance monitoring of clinical and quality management protocols, policies, and procedures
Supervise staff in related functional areas
Coordinate on-the-job training component for new employees
Evaluate staff and implement/develop development plans, as necessary
QUALIFICATIONSQualifications:
Clinical license in a behavioral health or related field (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, RN, or Licensed Psychologist)
5+ years post licensure experience preferred
Previous supervisory experience preferred
Demonstrated successful leadership skills
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated experience in effective decision-making and ability to manage ambiguity
Strong analytical capabilities
