Medium size design build maintain landscape firm looking for experienced sales person and project manager
Ideal candidate must be able to self manage, take qualified leads and turn them into sales for in house crews and sub contractor crews. Additionally, this person will need to work with design staff and supervisor staff to provide clients with the best possible services through all phases of work.
In house crews perform the following tasks:
Irrigation design, repair, install, and maintenance
Drainage design, repair, install and maintenance
Landscape design, installation, construction and maintenance
Concrete demo
Small fencing
Low voltage lighting
General clean up
Fence staining
We have established relationships with the following sub contractor trades:
Concrete and masonry
Wood and iron fencing
Lighting
Electrical
Plumbing
Pools
Mosquito systems
In this role communication with team members and clients are paramount.
Monthly sales goals to be set at employment and enforced upon successful completion of training.
