- Lead strategy and planning for web experiences
- Own digital marketing metrics and KPI’s
- Execute digital marketing strategies to tell the brand story (align with brand strategy for 2021)
- Strategy design and develop requirements for user facing products and site features
- Planning and promotion of products, key campaigns and offers
- Develop the digital customer journey that drives brand engagement through website purchases and align digital touch points with experiences and website purchases
- Own the market requirements documents, builds hypothesis for new features, and support all initiatives with data and a strong business case.
- Lead and manage external agency partners (Digital Experience and System Integrations)
- Create and optimize, curated journeys for different segments
- Fully internalize the vision for the digital channel translating it into tangible actionable plans
- Continuously evolve, A/B test, improve and set the direction for the digital channel
- Help establish product management best practices
- Expert front-end web design and CMS experience (i.e., WordPress, Stencil)
- Experience in eCommerce (i.e., WooCommerce, BigCommerce)
- Bachelor’s degree with focus in marketing, computer science, and or management information systems
- 7-10 years’ experience in web development, design, and user experience with a strong understanding of the entire digital marketing landscape
- Project and team management
- Strong understanding of latest online marketing concepts, tactics, strategy, and best practices
- Technical expertise to build experiences
