High Fidelity Properties: Property Account Manager
A residential property management company with a growing portfolio in the Austin metro area, High Fidelity Properties is hiring a Property Account Manager.
Job Description
Work with our small but terrific team in a fast-paced environment where your opinion, ideas and input will be both welcome and invited. The summer is our busy season, so the work gets hands-on, fast paced, and high stakes. When we cool down in the fall you will focused on building long-term relationships with our clients and improving processes to make the busy season more efficient.
This position entails a high level of customer service—communicating with landlords, tenants, and our team to solve the myriad issues that inevitably arise. Grace under pressure and empathy are both necessities, as is a strong project management skill set and the ability to track many details, multi-task, and prioritize.
Primary Duties (include but not limited to):
Primary customer service contact and liaison with clients and tenants
Follow procedures and documentation to enforce and terminate leases, collect rent and deposits, initiate eviction procedures, resolve conflicts and maintain fruitful client and tenant relationships
Answer phones, respond to emails, prepare reports and communicate updates
Place and remove keys, signs and lockboxes; pick up mail from PO box
Skills, Requirements & Experience:
Significant customer service experience
Strong sense of work ownership, with follow-through and follow-up
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and foster healthy client tenant relationships
Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn and use new technology
You enjoy working at a desk for several hours straight in a row
Property management experience preferred (not required)
Real estate license or desire to obtain one for property management a plus (not required)
