St. Thomas Restaurant Group is currently accepting resumes for the position of Restaurant General Manager!
We are looking for the right candidate to uphold our company standards and philosophy, while leading by example. In addition, the qualities that will make someone successful in this role are: attention to detail with a "get things done" attitude; highly focused and organized; ability to handle multiple priorities and stay focused in stressful situations; strong knowledge of fine dining steps of service; wine knowledge; ability to hire, coach, and train FOH employees; experience with budget and sales reporting; and comfortable using QuickBooks, Aloha, and Microsoft Office products.
This is a full-time salaried position, offering health insurance and a $300 monthly meal card, and requiring 50 hours/week. Must have a flexible schedule and availability to work weekends, holidays, and closing shifts.
