We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Job Description:
- Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, preparing correspondence assisting clients and recruiting.
- Provide administrative support, office workflow as the link between applications, staffing, and visitors.
- Answer, direct telephone calls and manage all front desk administrative functions.
- Greet applicants and visitors to the office and assist them with their needs.
- Assist with making appointments and coordinating interviews.
Supervisory-Responsibility:
This position required filling in for our On-Site Supervisor when needed. Opened to cross-training with on-site duties as interviewing, scheduling an orientation, and ensure associates are reporting to work daily.
This a full-time position; days and hours of work are from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday. Occasional schedule changes when filling in for the On-Site Supervisor and it required a flexible work schedule.
Additional Qualifications Required:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Team player, quick learner, and positive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding, influencing and/or serving people.
- Proficient working knowledge with Microsoft products.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general office responsibilities and procedures.
