Description We are in search of a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team located in MIDLAND, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will be responsible for managing employee benefit programs and policies, ensuring a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, and maintaining knowledge of industry trends.
