DESCRIPTION OF WORK

In this role you will serve as a quality assurance controller and will work with the unit responsible for testing new and modified software programs and systems. Conducting meetings with a variety of staff including business leads, upper management, testers, and technical staff will be included in your duties. You will have the opportunity to collaborate in the development of testing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness and ensure compliance with those standards. You will be responsible for leading cross division teams to track testing progress and provide feedback to management to ensure timelines and standards are being followed.
