We are looking for people who want to be part of a fun team at one of the best bowling centers around! Freshly remodeled and ready to roll!
Responsibilities and duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
Performing all aspects of customer service: greeting customers, setting bowlers up on the lanes, accurate handing of all monetary transactions and overall providing an exceptional guest experience during their entire stay. Fulfilling customer food and beverage orders. Efficiently preparing food and serving beverages (including alcohol) in accordance with OLCC and business policy and procedures. Basic cooking skills as well as kitchen hygiene. Basic bartending.
Act as an ambassador of fun for all guests which inspires repeat customers, promote business, attract and retain new league members.
Ensure the safety of our staff and guests by completing online safety trainings.
Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of all areas of facility.
Ability to multitask and have effective communication skills both written and verbal, basic math and computer skills, attention to detail and ability to work as a team.
Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
Bowling experience and or knowledge of the bowling industry preferred but not required.
Must be 21 or older. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Food handlers certificate and OLCC Servers permit required on 1st scheduled day. Part time to possible full time. Please email resume and cove to be considered for an interview.
