We are looking to add a Lead Sales Associate to our dispensary team in Cannon Beach.
The Lead Sales Associate acts as a shift leader, deploying the crew throughout the shift in a way that best supports customers and team members. This job supports Store Management in leading a team of retail associates to maintain a superior cannabis experience for our customers, and acts as Manager on Duty in the absence of Store Management.
This role is hourly, full-time and eligible for a robust benefits package that includes medical, vision, dental, life insurance and short-term disability insurance. Also we offer three paid holidays and a Paid Time Off program for our team members.
