Hard Edge Design is a locally owned and operated Garment Decoration company. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional customer experience, delighting our business partners. We are looking for an Acquisition minded Sales Representative to help us grow our business. The position is based in our sales office, but will involve making occasional trips to customers, as well as keeping samples, entering orders, and coordinating with Sales Manager and Operations. We work hard, but keep a fun, relaxed atmosphere in the shop.
Requirements:
2 years of prior acquisition or relationship sales experience
Previous experience in the decoration industry a plus
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Highly Organized
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on a team
Punctual and Reliable
Responsibilities
Make calls to leads or previous customers
Send emails and/or marketing materials
Enter orders into system
Keep organized samples
Work on a team with Sales Manager
Coordinate with Operations on status and due dates of orders
Calculate base cost of orders and customer pricing
Consult with customers on products and benefits of promotion items
The ability to delight customers and a highly motivated sales mindset combined with the right personality are more important to us than the perfect experience! We are looking for engaging sales people who are working to build relationships with our clients, friendly and helpful, but never pushy.
