It all begins with you.The Loan Servicing Specialist 5 with Commercial Dealer Services is responsible for Quality Control for all departments within Commercial CLS. Performs a secondary quality reviews and ensure procedures are followed. Identify, research, and report all discrepancies related to procedural issues and quality data. May work closely with internal team members on error resolution and will be responsible to provide support to managers in the areas of reporting, business documentation, and trending. Enters pertinent data into tools to report on team member Key performance indicators and follows up on any outstanding errors and work to be turned in for review. May perform special projects as requested.This position requires the ability to have extreme attention to detail and the capacity to solve complex research requests.The successful candidate must be available to work Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 5:00pm. Exposure to Wells Fargo SHAW (System of record for packages and loan products)
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Quality control review experience
