Job DescriptionExplain member plans and answer questions confidently according to the training provided. Be able to speak in front of small groups (2-5 people) and have sales ability. Professional attire and demeanor a must. Previous industry experience with health benefits is helpful. Ability to professionally and knowledgably interact with people in regards to pharmacy benefits, comfortable asking probing questions to determine needs and expectations. Greets and assists attendees. Ability to defer questions unable to answer by gaining contact information and providing to Account Manager for the customer to follow up with. Screens attendees and provides directions and general product information. Distributes flyers and product information. Communicates clearly and accurately. Interacts with others with tact and diplomacy.
